Return information / right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract with TIC Audio Europe within 14 days without giving any reason. During this period, you can evaluate the product. You are allowed to try the product as you would in a physical store. Until you have decided to keep the product, you should not use it. If you have done more than was necessary to try the product, we can charge costs to you.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, received the product. If you have ordered multiple goods with different delivery times in one order, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you received the last product or part. When you have agreed on a regular delivery of products with us, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you physically take possession of the first product.

To make use of your right of withdrawal, you have to cancel your agreement by email including confirmation that you want to return your order. You can send this email to support@ticaudio.nl. You can print the withdrawal form here. This must be signed by the person who placed the order and returned with the products. The products must be in our possession within 14 days after registration via the withdrawal form by e-mail. The return address: TIC Audio Europe, Krommeweg 9, 6741NK Lunteren, The Netherlands. The product must be returned in the original packaging.

Refund

After you have made use of your right of withdrawal, you will receive all payments, including any delivery costs for the forwarding, within fourteen days. We will refund you via the bank account with which you paid the order.

You bear the costs for the return shipment yourself and arrange a carrier yourself. For an estimate of the costs, for example check the rates on www.postnl. We recommend that you send the return insured, you remain responsible for your shipment until it is delivered at our address.

Exclusion of right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is excluded for business customers.
