Warranty

TIC Audio Europe (hereinafter “TIC”) provides a 24-month parts and labor warranty for all of our products purchased directly from TIC or one of our authorized retailers and resellers. Our warranty does not apply to any TIC product, new or used, purchased through unauthorized third-party channels. TIC Two-year limited warranty

TIC Audio Europe warrants to the original purchaser of the product that if the product or part thereof, under normal use and conditions, proves to be defective within 24 months from the date of purchase, such defect (s) will be at the option of TIC be repaired or replaced at no cost to parts and labor. In the event that the product cannot be repaired or replaced, the company reserves the right to replace the product with a similar product of equal or greater value. To obtain repair or replacement within the terms of this warranty, the product must be delivered together with all accessories in the original packaging with proof of warranty coverage, dated sales invoice and details of defect.

This warranty is not transferable and does not apply to TIC products purchased or used outside the European Union or the United Kingdom. This warranty does not apply to the cost of installation, removal or reinstallation of the product (s). This warranty does not apply to any TIC product or part that, in TIC's opinion, has suffered or been damaged by modification, improper installation, misuse, neglect, exposure to fertilizers, acidic compounds, solvents or adversely affected by the use of third party equipment with our product. By applying external paint, the warranty for the applied product expires.

TIC's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement described above, and under no circumstances will TIC's liability exceed the original purchase price paid for the product by the original purchaser.

This warranty supersedes all other express warranties or liabilities, all implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are limited to the duration of this warranty. Any action for breach of warranty below, including implied warranties, must be made within the period of this warranty. Under no circumstances is the company liable for any consequential or incidental damage. No agent, representative, or person is authorized to assume any liability for TIC other than as set forth herein in connection with the sale of the product.
